Administrative Reporting
Administrative reporting is distributed among the various major areas of campus and subject to FERPA and Idaho Public Records Law. To help direct you to the appropriate area please consult the following general reporting areas:
- Student
Current, past and future students, courses and registrations.
- Alumni and Donors
Alumni, donors, and other friends to the University.
- Facilities
Fiscal, space, maintenance, and warehouse data related to University facilities.
- Institutional Research
Reporting dealing with multiple information sources, student evaluations of teaching, and student learning outcomes and assessment.
- Finance
General accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and budget.
- Human Resources
Reporting dealing with current or past employee, retiree and payroll data
- Public Records Requests
