Welcome to the UI Administrative Procedures Manual.
This web version is the official copy of the Administrative Procedures Manual (in the event of any discrepancy between this online version and the official files kept in the Faculty Secretary's Office, the official file, which tracks all initiated and discussed policy changes from beginning to end, is authoritative). Any other printed material should be properly disposed of in order to reduce the reliance on an outdated print version.
The format has been converted from the original PDF format to a browser based format effective August 25, 2005. This makes the manual easier to read and will provide for faster updates posted to the manual. Any date after August 25, 2005 indicates new additions or changes to the manual.
To start select the Table of Contents link in the left side menu.
- The APM is searchable using the search field in the left side menu
- The APM chapters are displayed by subchapter
- Update dates are now on each subchapter
- Those who update the manual can now do so by following the process outlined in FSH 1460 and the UI Policy website here.
Printing: The button in the left menu will print sections of the APM without printing the menu.
