To provide strategic asset management and comprehensive real estate services that advance the mission of the University of Idaho.

• Establish a manageable system of real estate records that can serve as an inventory used to understand the value and limits of UI's existing real estate assets 
•  Address institutional real estate asset and service needs and execute transactions as opportunities arise or institutional needs change
• Be valued and respected for strategic advice, expertise in execution, and ability to support the University's mission and success
